Shipping Policy

Currently we only offer standard delivery option. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order.

USA & PR Domestic Regular-Standard Delivery

Your purchase will be processed within 48 hours from Monday to Friday. Once the payment is processed, your order will be shipped through a regular or standard USPS delivery.

Orders placed during the weekend or a holiday will be shipped the next business day.

We will email you your tracking number once your order has shipped. You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for verification.

Once we deliver the package to the transport company, we are not responsible for the time and logistics that this takes in the delivery of your package.

We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.

International Delivery

If your order goes outside the United Stated but you have a courier company or package transport company within the US, enter the address of your carrier in the US. We will send your package to this transport company which will be responsible for flying your correspondence to the final destination. The cost of this shipment is the same as if you lived in the US, because your international transport company is located in the USA.

If you do not have an international transport company from your country in the USA, you should choose the direct international shipping service.
