Returns Policy
We are sorry to hear something went wrong with your order, but don't worry. We are here to help you return or exchange your item!
Date to Make a Return
Shipping fees are NOT refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We DO NOT accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected.
Your online credit must be used enterely in your new purchased. Any remaining balance is not carried over.
In Store Purchases
You will have 7 days from your in store purchase for any returns or exchanges.
We do not issue refunds.
Colors and sizes may vary due to photography lenses, lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects or qualify for refunds. We check every garment carefully before shipping, therefore damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and if the item does not match the original condition, we won’t issue the online credit.
Damages must be reported the same day of receiving merchandise or can’t be returned.
A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" address.
Please include your order invoice and reason for return with the merchandise for tracking purposes.
For an online credit minus shipping costs. Please, return items in their original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, odorless, tear-free, food stains or makeup) with the attached labels.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a online credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your online credit.
We cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, therefore, we strongly suggest to use a trackable and insured mail service and obtain a receipt for all shipments.
Return Processing Time
Please allow 3-5 business days to issue your online credit after we have received your item. You will be notified via e-mail when your return is processed and your online credit has been issued.
Please include your order invoice and reason for return with the merchandise for tracking purposes.
Return Adress
Please email itvogueboutique@gmail.com to provide you with our return address.
Please keep the tracking number for your return package to monitor the delivery status. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed. We will not responsible for damaged, missing or packages lost in transit.
Can I Send Back Items From Different Orders?
Yes. To save on shipping, time, and packaging materials, you can return items from multiple orders, as long as you include the corresponding order numbers for each item inside the package. We recommend printing out the invoice for each order online and including each form inside the return package.

However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, sizes or colors etc., please contact us via email at itvogueboutique@gmail.com as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, if it does not notify on time and if we do not have the availability of your request.
Sales & Discount Policy
All SALE items are FINAL SALE. Discounted items and offers can not be return and will not qualify for an online credit.
Cancellation
Cancellations can not be accepted after the order has been placed.

Carriers and Claims
It is the customer responsibility to file a claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered. Unfortunately, in such case we will not be able to make any refunds and we will not resend the product.
Lost Or Stolen Package
We ship through the United States Postal Service, which provides safe, easy and trackable shipping methods. If your package is lost in transit, we will do our best to help you.
Once we deliver the package to the transportation company, we can not be responsible for delays in the logistics of delivering your package. Remember to take into account holidays and non-working weekends for the USPS.
Once the transportation company has delivered your package, we can not be responsible for a loss/stolen package delivered to the final address once the transport company confirms and verifies the delivery.
